Cafe Di Blasi is more than a name, it’s an Italian Restaurant with roots going back to the old country. Three generations of family operated restaurants, with recipes whose origins are from Florence & Palermo Italy and found their way to the Westbank.

Chef Mario is a hands on chef who oversees his kitchen. Whether its giving his rich tomato sauce a last tasting or putting the final touch to a savory Bracioloni. This dedication to detail insures the consistency of our product, which is our trademark.
